Joe recently catered a tailgate for us for approximately 30 people. I can not say enough great things about Joe and his service but the star of the day was definitely the food. Every person in attendance, without exception RAVED about the smoked brisket as well as the side dished, and ohhh those made-from-scratch rolls were heaven. Joe is professional but personable and friendly and the price was more than reasonable. I would 1,000% recommend Joe for any size job you have, small service, large gatherings like weddings, or just as your personal chef providing daily meals for you and your family--you will never be disappointed!
Phenomenal!!!! We’ve had 6 meals so far; all incredibly delicious. Chef Joe has worked with me on personalized menus, and even included an entree that I loved from a restaurant that closed down. He makes everything and then delivers it to us all ready. What a treat! 5 stars definitely!
